Shipping and Processing

As all of our products are handcrafted and made with care and precision.  We don't keep an inventory so each product is made PER order, as such please allow 6-8 business days for your order to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for your product to be delivered via the U.S postal service (USPS). Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, in which you can track your package. 

Be advised that during Covid-19 orders shipped via USPS may be delayed. With delays in our postal service, please expect up to 13 business days to receive your order.

Please continue to monitor your tracking and reach out to us if your product does not come within 14 business days, please contact us so we look further into it.

Please be sure to provide your full address in its entirety. This includes indicating your apt number and any other pertinent info for delivery.  

Be advised that all staff wash and sanitize hands thoroughly prior to creating any product. In addition to gloves being worn while crafting your product.  Work sections are sanitized prior and in between the makings of all products.
